Yes I would definitely call before booking. I'm a foreigner so maybe they treat India's differently but I booked on Agoda, came here, and now they say they are not doing bookings online but said they would provide a room still for me. So now I have to spend lots of time fixing this issue with Agoda not a very pleasing approach for customers. Read other reviews before making a plan here.
They are not accepted bookings via OYO. I paid 1k per night direct to property..but room was good and clean. New building.. on my stay no breakfast was served...OYO People you need to take action on these kind of hotels OR have to give good enough money to hotel owners to make them also happy...otherwise your name will gose down...even most hotels in patna are doing same kind thing...

This hotel is too good .In pandemic situation covid 19 is always ready for services like pure hygienic food services and staff's are maintained all the rules regarding covid 19.The behaviour of ower of this hotel is helping and polite to customer.
Worst. Hotel is in on 5th floor of Apartment (Upto 4th is Family Apartment). Reception is on Rooms Door. Room is always Noisy (Reception Noise Coming in Room Directly). I Dont Know Why OYO doing this.
