Scammers..Worst hotel ever... Staffs are very arrogant.. they r just scamming people.. don't book here ever
Very bad. Don't even have manners to talk to customers. Very arrogant staff. Don't book this ever. Not recommend, not hygienic not good at all.
It is worthless . Plz don't book this hotel. Water supply is very very bad. You will not get any service here Evan a single drop of drinking water. They have open the hotel for drinking. If you book the hotel you will definitely suffer . They will charge extra money even if you done full payments through online . They have taken extra 200 rupees from us.
They are scamming people using OYO. They know that OYO has a bad customer service so they advertise their rooms on OYO at a cheaper rate but they rent out their rooms at a higher price to other people. And when you reach the property with your OYO bookings they just refuse to give you a refund and OYO refuses to provide a refund as well. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, THEY RUN A FRAUD BUSINESS.
Would recommend because of good and friendly behaviour of staffs. Room was sanitized and clean bathroom with toiletries provided beforehand. Very much better than Hotel K2.

Just to stay far from Kolkata it's ok. Staff are very friendly behavior, well mannered. Rooms are too cool. Bathroom ok but no lift. So altogether we can give 3 star. If anyone wants to know any extra can ask...
My experience about this hotel was awesome...the best part is that the picture they put here actually same in front aslo...staff and service were good definitely re comendable
