The worst experience in life, the owner pintu is very rude he was not accepted my online booking he asked to cancel online booking & to pay Rs 1500 extra to book for a room for a night. Another guest was standing there short out the same issue but he denied to all. Never book this hotel you will not been allowed to chekin.

The owner is a theif. He will not allow entry and will ask for 2500/night. We reached at night 11 pm for checkin and he refused entry. The rooms are so small that it occupies only a bed not worth even a 500rs. Better stay at railway station than this hotel

Very good hotel with quite environment. Rooms are small, not much of any roaming space, but clean and good. Manager and staffs are polite and helpful. They have motivational pictures across the whole stairs. Budget friendly for sure.

Never trust in this hotel. They had camara inside the room. Couple should avoid this hotel. Also they never accept money from Oyo. They charge 2x money from couple. I was with girl friend so i couldn't complain to police. Please avoid this hotel.

This property cheats you like anything....they never pick calls and on arrival at the reception will say that they cannot give you rooms at the OYO Rate...even after having completed your payment, these cheats will not give you any room.....frankly speaking the worst kind of people due to whom the image of the toursim industry of Bengal has become so bad.....they won't even give you any proper bill too.....definitely worst kind of people.....

Size of the room is very small and it is very unhygienic. Price is too high for online booking and when the same room is booked directly prices are low and service is very good. Owner warned me to give five star rating

Never book this hotel. They cancel your booking and say that online booking is not working. And they take the money in non refund category. Very bad experience. They allow only one time couples with 1000 to 2000 per hourly basis. They dont allow others to stay.

Worst place to stay. It has dirty bedsheets with blood splitted and also dirty blankets. and bathroom smells very bad.And also very much smaller room space.here employees are very rude.
