OYO Flagship Hotel Royal Palace - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

Don't go here it's very costly and ask for to cancel Oyo booking and pay them extra ,they are fraud and Oyo is not taking any strict action on this hotel as well. Also their behaviour is not genuine.

Price is little bit high. This is the best because it's location is wonderful near railway station of rajendra nagar terminal Patna. You can visit anytime . Room size is good. But here is only issue with staffs.. because they are very robotics he don't know about human hospitality because of he grown up on the human less places. So over all good but need to some improvement about hospitality which is clearly I am mentioning this. So many things to ignore this hotels but one thing is best it's location. Otherwise price is too high also...but for the emergency customer never seen a price. And I hope next visit would be awesome experience for us.

The rooms are quite expensive as compared to the amenities they are providing..... I booked a room and they asked me to pay 2000 immediately.. I said I am not carrying enough cash and instead I am paying 1000 deposit and once I get fresh and come down I'll pay you the amount, but they were very adamant. And when I was harsh with them, then only the person on the counter got calm and said me to go to my room... And then within 15min another guy came to my room with a card swipe machine and asked me to pay..... I just couldn't understand this logic, but then without even arguing I swiped my card and paid the amount. This incident again happens when I ordered the food. I had a guest who came to meet me at the hotel as a host I ordered some starters along with tea, they took a hell lot of time to prepare and serve and while we were eating the guy from the kitchen department comes along with the bill and asked us to pay the amount.... I mean I have travelled to so much places but never ever came across such pathetic staff and their rules..... I will suggest that people should stop avoiding going to these hotel's untill and unless they take these reviews on a serious note and make alterations in it.

The food is awesome. The taste is great. Rooms are decent and clean. The location is excellent if someone has to catch a train from RJ terminal.Location is bang opposite the RJ railway station. Just cross the road and u are at the station. Hotel staff are very good and helping. They help you in early check- in and early check-out. One can see the RJ station in the pics

The hotel members behavior is not good. The situation of room ,tv is not in working position, dusted room, washroom door blocked, food facilities not good, service are very slow, no power backup, only one chair in room how can eat food two persons ????

Very bad experience The way the staff treating the customers is very pathetic, it is better to avoid to go such a type of nasty hotels.. Room key is broken while opening room, staff asked me to pay Rs.2000, i was shocked, unwillingly due to more wear and tear in past it got broken, they opened the room by calling key repair person, now they are asking me to pay Rs.1500, i won't pay that much amount i said , again they asked Rs 1200 still i am not convinced, they are given two options for me pay Rs.1200 or buy new lock. I said that what is the need for new lock and 1200, just make one duplicate key by the help of key repair man, they said that is not possible we are so busy we won't do such things if you are willing to go out and search for key repair person, bring him and make a duplicate key. I said that I am very new to this place i cannot do such things , i don't know anything here how can I do such things, one of you come with me and assist me in searching for key repair man , they said we can't help anything all should done by your own , i went near by places and brought one key repair person and made a duplicate key and went away from hotel. Repeatedly they saying that I broken the key , why should I broke the key, what profit i wil get by breaking key i don't know. Meanwhile one customer came and asked the staff to change the bedsheet then staff replied them that bed sheet is good, she said change it one night completed , they said that if you are make bed sheet dirty how can we change ... They simply need money, they don't know how to talk and how to behave with customers.

1. Pathetic hotel 2. Utter negligence to Covid precautions 3. Rooms not sanitized. 4. Rooms not cleaned and unhygienic rooms and bathroom. 5. Linens are not washed and blankets are not cleaned and has foul smell. 6. A worst and pathetic experience. 7. OYO has incresed prices of hotel but have ensured a pathetic quality control. OYO is doing too much of business only. 8. Hence, from now on , will never book rooms through OYO.

Hotel staffs behaviour was good. food was delicious in restaurant. nice place for couples. at my time of stay television had some issue. otherwise everything was just awesome.
