OYO Flagship Hotel Olive - Hotel in Sambalpur - Sambalpur, India

They accepted the prepaid booking via Oyo, but denied to give the rooms and demanded extra room charges. Oyo service is also very poor, they cancelled my booking and initiated refund without my confirmation. At last I had to pay them extra without having any option on the spot. Rooms don't have basic amenities like AC and Wifi. Staff were not at all polite. They did not provide any services after having paid extra room charges also. No words for the bathrooms. They did not even provide clean bedsheet and pillow instead provided used ones. They don't even deserve one Star rating

Staff behaviour was rude .. They denied to provide the rooms for oyo boking .. Rooms are so worst They demanding extra charges for oyo booking No TV cupboard wifi Used bedsheets and pillow cover provided Bathrooms are disgusted

Its ok only. But service is good

Nice location in a business area on the main road with good transport connectivity. Facilities were adequate. The rate charged was exorbitant, rate could be lowered.

Worst hotel..not for family,, it is for oyo, soyo..

It's good.. but the price is a little bit more

Reach hotel at 2Pm, checked in at 3.15pm, room given as per picture. no water supply till 8Pm. 1 bucket water given for fresh of 3 persons. lastly no power backup, morning it is deep dark for 30 min & finally checked out staying one night. I have booked for 2 nights. The worst hotel I had stayed.

Does not allow Oyo or make my trip bookings
