DON'T STAY HERE this place staff is extremely bad, they charged us extra money as to our booking. When we questioned the owner answered, I can't do anything, This is the price, Do whatever you want. We had already paid through make my trip, which are not helpful either. in two days, there were 5 times AC men came into the room, Cause it was not working. Our whole trip got ruined because of this Hotel. Family is so disappointed & Room Bedsheets are so unhygienic. If possible please don't stay here.
Do you want to spoil your trip? Then Hotel Rio Plaza is the perfect hotel for you. They have lift which does not work. They have tv in room which does not work. They have intercom facility which does not work and finall they have reception where no one is available. Very dirty and filthy hotel. Looks like a hotel for drunken people. Don't book this hotel if you are traveling with family.
Very bad experience which I ever had. Extremely dirty bedsheets. Lift was not working..ac remote is broken while asked from staff they said we can't do anything. I am giving one star because less than is not available.
The worst And bad hotal ever. When I entered they said we have no registration from your name. But we talk with head of hotal they said we have registration. And all things are bad accept facility of lift was also not good it was ok. Worst worst worst. Rooms was not cleaned well
Never recommend, Wifi is not available and goibibo mentioned wifi available, TV not working, Floor is rough and thrush, Towel providing but soap not providing, AC working but all time we have to go receiption and tell them to start AC and after 30 minutes they stop AC and we have to go again to tell them to start AC, All inside locks are not working so we cannot lock from inside, we cannot clean any clothes, never book this hotel otherwise waste of money.
A very good place to stay near Railway Station. I don't know why people are writing bad reviews about such a good Hotel. Mr Mohit Sharma is very cooperative and I found everything to be good about this Hotel.
The Hotel is not Good.. Bathroom water is flowing into the room,The Room is wet and Darty. The behavior of the staff is very bad. Not Recommended.
