I would have given negative rating to this place. Worst ever hotel stay in my life. Pathetic rooms, with dirty stained bedsheet, stains everywhere on the linen, pillow was messy. Receptionist, she was so rude. Not even ready to understand the problems. You're not allowed to smoke as per the notice glued in hotel, but their staff was smoking. Even the room was smoky. No clean bathroom. Even jet was broken. No service was there at all.
Only one thing they were good at. Checkout time is 11 am. But, they will stay knocking at 10.30 only. Don't forget to lock from inside as they may even open it to throw you out.
Worst ever hotel.
Pathetic service.... Water is contaminated and Ac isn't working. I think this property is delisted by oyo. No hygiene standards are followed. Quite rude behaviour by staff. I request you to not visit here even they are offering free of cost.
Third Class Hotel in whole city... Rooms were not clean and blood stains on Bedsheet. Asked Front Office to change the denied. And rude behaviour.
Staff was supportive but the room was awful bathroom was not in condition to use.. Bedsheet pillow cover quilt were disgusting. Would never recommend if you're a hygiene loving person.
Rooms, bedsheets and toilets were dirty and unhygienic, staff was inexperienced. Photos uploaded are misleading. Looked like a very shady and hideous hotel.
Online paid booking are not acceptable in this hotel its very irritating and I canceled my booking then his give me a room on cash otherwise paid booking not received this hotel please slove this problem and hotel reception boy very rudely behaving for me paid booking his said paid booking accepted but same amount you repaid in cash then i was last option then cancel my booking snd cash paid for room westing my time
Very Poor Service. No washroom working on the complete 1st floor. No AC working on the complete 2nd Floor. Overall Service is 0. Advise not go there
Pathetic hotel, bad service, dirty and unclean... Worst experience with them! We booked 7 rooms for 3 Days stay and unfortunately 4 rooms were checkout within 1 Day due to dirty bedsheets, yellow color water in washroom and water tapes were broken... I don't suggest u to stay in this hotel... And I would suggest please improve your customer service by serving in a better way. Good luck!
