Very bad service, denied booking and were asking for 3 times more money at the time of check-in. Never book this hotel. Worst experience
Denied booking, asking extra money. Room without AC. Nothing good at all. No room amenities. By far the worst experience.
The reasons I am giving them one star is because We don't have an option for zero star over here. To start with, The desk staff is extremely judgmental. As soon as you enter you will be screened by the eyes. Their questions were uncomfortable. Services are less than average and it is a damp place. Not preferable if you're traveling alone or for a good experience.
My worst hotel experience was my stay in vishwanath. The hotel was unable to provide the basic amenities. One of which was Electricity. At around 7:00 AM in the morning there was disruption of electricity, and till 8:30 AM it didn't come, then they changed our room. Our morning was totally spoiled. This wasn't it. Again at 1:45 PM there was a power supply failure. No hotel staff visited the room. Intercom was also not functional. Finally when I went to have communication with the staff they told me rudely "Power supply me problem hai, checkout kar do dikkat hai to". We still waited till 2:50 PM but no one over there had the courtesy to had a conversation or get the problem resolved and finally checked out with our all d stuff in hands coz we didn't have any lights and were unable to do the packing. I request not to book this hotel at all.
Worst hotel to stay. Mosquitoes will not let u sleep. No Covid measures no mask no room sanitisation by the staff. The geyser was faulty. TV was not working. Even charged me for the complementary breakfast. Washrooms were dirty. Mixture was broken. Seepage in the room. The linen was so dirty. The bedsheet was having holes in it.
Receptionist make us wait for 20min for check-in, Dirty bathroom, Dirty linen, Water given in used plastic bottle. No kitchen service, No breakfast. No help for staff to carry bags. Lots of mosquito. Big sewer just infront of property. Below below par hotel. It's better to avoid it.
