Nice room in market place, neat and clean room,woners behaviour is very good
Its a good hotel in centre of Munnar. Better book hotels before your visit as its peak season there for summer holidays. Receptionist's behaviour is friendly and rooms are clean.
The location is really good , a 2 minute walk from the Bus Stand. Recommended if its your first visit to Munnar and you want a no frills accomodation. The staff were damn nice and well knowledged about the place.
Rooms were clean and well maintained. Probably the best in this price range.
Amazing place. Well placed. Staff is amazing and super friendly. The rooms are clean, well kept, smell great. The covers are washed and clean. The bathrooms have a constant supply of hot water. WiFi is available on request. The staff even helps you out with the local transportation. Got a lot of great eateries nearby. And the view is also great so overall more than 5 stars if I could.
Located at the center of the town. Wifi only available around the lobby area and signal is very weak. Room is nice compare to the other place at this price range. It has hot water but hard to adjust the shower temperature. Very dirty shower head and bathroom can use some cleaning ( sticky hooks and racks, black grout lines.....Etc).
Good place to stay for anyone.. for couples.. family.. bachelors and bachelorettes.. in the heart of the Munnar Town.. very near to the KSRTC bus stop (bus neither start nor stop at the KSRTC bus terminus.. they start and stop here) Cheap rate when compared to other hotels.. the guys who are managing the hotel provides good recommendations making plans regarding the trips in various directions from Munnar.
Very bad experience. First of all because of receptionist's attitude, secondly because of room condition. Dirty bedsheet, bad smell, no fresh air, mould was founded even on the pillow. No internet signal. Noise early morning.
Everything was bad and the price was way to high.
Avoid this place!
for third person we were asked to pay Rs700 but they have not supplied mattress to third person .the staff incharge was very arrogant

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
