This hotel doesn't exist on this location..very worst experience.. booked for my family .after arrival at that location there was another hotel was available but that hotel not tied up with Oyo... Oyo sucks ... But the current owner of this property named gangtok residency is very helpful
This is a good option to stay in Gangtok, but it's quite far from main city area. It will take around 200 rs to reach from main city. I really liked the hotel manager . Who was really helpful during our misconduct in tour package. He was calm and u took care of our problems. The view from hotel was really nice. Rooms were okay as per the price. It was a good option. Other then this hotel, I dont recommend to take any kind of packages from anyone. Better to ask your hotel manager.. and they will arrange it easily.
View from hotel room was good, rooms are quite specious. But but but MANAGEMENT WAS WORST, food quality was not good and served also less quality and less quantity of food.
The place was very dusty... very poor quality of rooms and far away from market.. one have to spend 400 to go to market... food was ok but very bad location and very bad experience from us
