A Good quality of service is provided here. This is on bypass karnal. The environment is very good nearby. Some people book that hotel for parties also. The place is eco friendly. It is nearby HP petrol pump. All types of rooms are available here. A good service is provided in the rooms. AC and non AC bothroom are available here.
My experience with this hotel is worst. There are a lot of mosquito in room. They don't provide any all out or etc. A lot of problems regarding light. Finally main topic is they are not providing BILL. First of all there excuse is that they don't have bill book. But I needed bill for claim from my company. They asked me for waiting now 5 days have passed. They are not picking my phone and till now don't provide any bill or document. They are doing something fraud and distracting people by showing good pictures. My suggestion is that please stay away from such type of cheap shops.
One of the most premium property in Karnal, much connected with city and Highway. The Stay was very Comfortable with almost all facilities in very economical amount. Even the Staff was very Cooperative and well trained. Food was extremely Delicious with 24x7 Room Facilities with a Gentle Smiling face. Looking forward to Visit the property again. The guy at reception was hell alot rude . He asked me to pay more even though i had prebooked as well as paid for my hotel room through OYO. And then he was being cocky and asked me to leave or pay 1500 over the price i already payed .
They told us no room was available when we have already booked the room on site the site and charged us 1000 rupees extra to give a room.
