Service and room hygiene problem.. don't clean the room well. Dust will be visible everywhere except furs. Bcoz here just sweeping and mopping on furs. Delay in services. bed sheets and pillow covers do not change. Rooms size not comfortable. No ventilation in the room. Hotel staff good and polite. AC works good.
Bad bad bad third class room no hygiene no cleanliness very bad situation
Clear from outside but bedsheets looked like it wasn't washed.. please check once before picking the room Hot water available Soup Towel - But I would bring my own in this covid time... We can't risk it when we saw the bedsheets
This hotel do not provide the basic amenities to the customer. Very poor services, no breakfast and dinner services. Also very much problem in the bathroom. Infact lodge is more good as compared to this hotel.
Very Unsatisfied with Reception Staff Behavior. When I was go there for check in at 11pm night. They have told that all room are booked. Even I have Pre Booking. I have called them 10 to 12 times before I go there but they didn't receive my call. They can cancel booking anytime.
Only Interior is good,They do not have hot water in Bathroom. Fraud Staff they didn't even gave me bill .Please do not stay at this hotel.You get better option in Bhavnagar
It is situated near market area but rooms are not clean. The toilets are worst water tap won't work.
Poor, poor, poor irresponsible service. No responsive staff, only exteriors are good internally everything in very bad condition. Worthless, fullishness to stay here.
