Very worst condition in rooms. Lot of mosquitoes without proper maintenance. Staff at reception didn't show any interest towards us. He was blaming Cleartrip through which we booked this hotel. Rooms with air-conditioned have no remote to reduce or increase the temperature. It had bar and not a good place to stay for the family. My recommendation is to avoid such hotel in future as it will spoil your vacation completely.
stayed for 3days the location of the hotel is center place for the city. There is easy access for all tourist place like yercaurd and shopping inside city.The restarent and the bar both are excellent with the stuff and service. The room is excellent with the facility and roomservice. They arranged the cab for me to access inside city and nearby areas even that economic. Totally the hotel is value for money
Horrible stay at this hotel !!! even after making reservations they deny to provide rooms saying you haven't made payments. Rooms are cleaned just before we receive it and it stinks like hell .. They breed all kind of mosquitoes and insects . They do not provide hot water , entire night they there's no power. Washrooms are stinky and the previous occupants have left more than enough trace to prove that there's no water. Best thing is they have phones in room without intercom facility so u have to run down 3 floors just to ask for a TV remote because the manager does not pick up phone calls. Manager Murthy was kind enough to give us little facilities that were promised. Senior Manager Thangavel has no ethics and does not respect customers when we talk to him about issues over he just hangs up the call and says its the best we can give. Overall its better to sleep in Railway Station or Bus Station than renting a room here. Reviews from an angry young traveler !!

My Oyo Booking was not allowed to check in due to non availability of rooms. Oyo customer care could not resolve this issue and asking me to make a fresh booking to get my refund. Hotel staffs are rude and providing fasle information to Oyo.
Best place to relaxing... Where ever you go there will be some restrictions but here there is no restrictions at all.... Tasty food, nice snacks avaliable here.... Best part of the hotel is buy 2 get 1 free.... Within the time of 2pm to 5pm....... Best offer ever in the bar....
Bit too costly for a night's stay. Hotel is a little dark. The resecption, staircase and the rooms could have been brightly lighted. The rooms are not so comfortable for the rent being paid (1500 Rs)... Place looks like it is haunted. Very bad lighting.
Escapee bar. Excellent bar . Since many highway bars are closed only 3 bars r running in Salem. Winsdor Castle , escapee, Ganesh Mahal . So usualy crowded . Side dish r good , served more, complementary food available at night. No extra charges. One of the finest bar in salem
