DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AS THEY CANCEL ONLINE BOOKING AT LAST MINUTE, THOUGH THE COMPLETE BOOKING AMOUNT WAS PAID!!!!
This is the worst experience ever for a customer to book the property and not get it confirmed after making full advance payment.
I've made this booking online and made complete payment for the complete property.
Walked in to the property in advance and took confirmation for my booking.
Few days before my checkin date they are denying my advance payment and asking us to cancel the booking. They mentioned that if you want to confirm your booking you need to pay explicitly to us. The amount they were demanding was pretty high according to the property condition. Not at worth it!! You can get a 5-star room at that price.
If you guys can't entertain online booking then do not post it over online hotel booking portals.
This is such a pathetic experience for anyone who's planning their stay prior.
The property is ideally located in the heart of gomti nagar so the distance from most of locations in Lucknow are within quick drive range. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was also cordial. But as always, there were some basic areas where significant improvement is required. The tube light in the room was fused. Same was the case with that in the bathroom. Another area of improvement is service as the food order to serve time was more than an hour.
THIS HOTEL ROOM IS GOOD BUT WASHROOM CONDITION BAD BECAUSE WASHROOM GREASER NOT WORKING AND WIRE IS OPEN (DANGER).
AND STAFF TEAM NICE BEAUVOIR BUT NOT SAVE ONLINE ROOM BOOKING TOTALLY DETAILS- EXP:- (ONLINE DINNER & LUNCH PACKAGE) SO FACE FEW ISSUES.
first of all the person sitting on the reception refused the online payment on Oyo..they told " If you do online payment then we have no room vacant for you" so I did card payment...
Secondly the bed sheet was torn and was not in proper condition
Thirdly the TV was not working and when I asked for it waiter told to wait as there might be a electricity problem and there was no response
Forthly when I ordered a bottle of water in the night the staff was rude as I disturbed there sleep..so no night service.

I had a not good experience of what I witnessed at the property ..The room no which I checked in was 208...Dustbin had trash from previous occupant and bathroom was also not clean...As we checked in at nyt 11:00pm there cleaning staff has also left ....So it was all undesirable situation there...The breakfast was delayed as they ran out of gas ....So for me this property is a big NO for the next tym..
