Very confused staff. It is oyo authorised property, but manager/receptionist always try to convince you to cancel your booking from oyo and come directly to hotel and get the room. When you reach it there, they start charging you some random amount for room which is far higher than oyo price. Blankets and bed-sheets were also not clean, no toiletries were provided from the hotel.
Worst Oyo room conditions over there service, management and property. Also they asked us please do not directly pay to Oyo, next time when you will come please directly pay to us because oyo have some money issue with they're not paying us on time. Kindly check it ASAP because it's a matter of Oyo image.
Not upto the mark. Not recomended to live with family. Location too was not good. There were webs in the corners. Same breakfast was served everyday. There was delay in room service. Inexperienced staff. I dont recommend this hotel
Toiletries were not provided timely, drinking water was not provided when asked,
Rooms are not in a good condition
Excellent Hotel Perfect !!!! Lovely place to stay !!!
