Our Team had booked a room for our client but the behavior of staff was as bad as an ignorant. Finally we got the room without any lock, Smelly and dirty quilt with patches on it. Wash basin was over flowing in the bathroom. Asking for towel the housekeeping staffs says it will be given to you after 1 pm, while we had to checkout at 11 am according to their rule was given to the guest, after some time it was given. When we asked later if we could checkout one hour later then they asked for 500 rupee more.

when i visited this hotel.last time experince is not quit good. hotel staff are annoying or disturbing the guest and there was no cleainess in room dirty bedsheet and blanket very worst experience

I visited this place with my Wife. And to be honest everything was fantastic from Service staff to food to cleanliness. I won't forget Mr. Pankaj, who handles this property and is a very generous men. If you are visiting Kota you should go for this hotel.

Worst oyo hotel. I booked through OYO, and in midnight at 1:30 AM 4 peoples knocked and said I've to shift not only room but hotel also. They said the area incharge or SI is from my hometown and it can be a big problem for me, while OYO was listed in couple friendly list. I was forced to change my hotel and they shifted me in a another third class OYO. I can't even have a sleep over there. Dirty bedsheet, blanket, Stinky room and a low grade bathroom where geyser wasn't working at all. I suggest please don't go there. This is worst. You can't lock your room while going outside, because door's locks are jammed.

had booked 11 rooms for marriage guests , all the rooms are smelly , in some there were sanitory issues , locks of rooms were not working , towels were not given , staff was also negligent, overall a very bad experience , not at all worth the money and would never advise to be stayed ...

Very rude nonproffesional staff.there were no mirror in rooms.no dustbin in or outside the rooms not even in bathrooms too. Staff shutdown the lift so u cant use it. Bathrooms were notcleaned and not airy fowly

This hotel is the worse I have ever been. Infrastructure, is below average, cleanliness and hygiene is worse, amenities are none, hospitality and behaviour is awful.
