I went to 65778 kottaram beach way resort. It's a old house renovated for hotel stay purpose. Lot of mosquitoes inside the room and in the bathroom. When I complained about this, the manager immediately accepted to change the room to their other **** 28566 property located at Alleppy beach road. It's a relatively neat and clean one with very few mosquitoes. Food need to be ordered through Swiggy. One small restaurant called Dreamers located near by, you can go and have food there also. This hotel people gave only one Blanket and one towel. When I asked we provide only 1 towel and blanket. This I felt strange. Advantage of this property is very near (200 mtrs) to Rly station. I feel it's a bit higher price for this property. But manager is good as he came to Railway station behind us to check whether we reached safely or not at 5am.
Please don't book online for this hotel. Even though you pay online they will charge 2000 for a double bedroom room. there is no power backup if current is shutdown you will face the hell which we faced at night. Insolent behaving staffs. Think twice before choosing it.
Clean rooms, but word to the wise, they accept bookings from oyo but then make you pay what they demand, usually starting from 1000rs a person per night. They won't tell you about this until you reach their hotel and have no where else to go
Don't ever opt for this place. The owner of this place was drunk when we reached the property there were no rooms available and demanded more money to pay for checking in. Would like to give a negative rating if possible.
The man there at reception is just too difficult to talk with... Even though you pay them in advance they don't value that and that man will look to get as maximum as he can from us. Be careful with your money
It should be declare as temple.. no shoes allowed in hotel.. very tough to find though it is in good location.. I had not preferred to stay...
