OYO 27877 Hotel Jai - Hotel in Manali, Duwara - Kangra, India

Decent hotel now owned by treebo. Only thing which i didn't like it here is they don't provide hair dryer even being cold place and also hair and body wash is of no good quality. Otherwise food and service was quick.

We got the room on immediate basis as we didn't have any booking. We met the owner who was courteous and understanding. We booked a family room meaning 2 room 2 bathroom set. Room was guide, since there was no a/c or ceiling fan as it is in Jill station we were feeling warm. Upon informing staff we received floor fans and that was great. Only problem was geyser was leaking and It was right above the toilet. Rest really comfortable!

Will definitely not recommend this hotel. The rugs,doormats look like they have never washed it once after furnishing...Whenever that was. Dirty towels, bathrooms. No hot water,if you call the room service to attend after 3,4 attempts someone turns up and says that they will fill the tank. Same pathetic service if you order a tea. Not able to give lesser star rating.

I have stayed here with family, nice experience, rooms are spacious, every thing neat and clean, I liked that this hotel is away from crowd and pollution, there is a restaurant in hotel on first floor, good park, service is good , food is as like home made food simple and best.

If you are looking for decent accommodation in outskirts of Manali, then this is the best hotel available. Tariff and Food was nice. Lot of space to park our coach as well. Recommended.

Good stay..very helpful towards Host guest at the extreme late night arrival they were warm welcome Receiption..with in no time alloted rooms

Nice hotel, but in oyo apps fake service also use 1 kitchen is not available for custumer but in oyo apps kitchen facility also specify 2 geyser is not working in hotel
