This is the worst place to stay in transit. The service was worst moreover the room and facilities are disheartening to see. I feel disheartened to stay at this hotel and it was the dark spot in my visit to Agra. Hope it doesn't serve the others visitors as they've done with us.
The room is very dirty, there is no facility, whatever photo gallery I have, everything is fake, there has been loot and chaos, the water bottle of 20 is given for 30. If there was a 0 star rating, I would have given 0 only.
Very poor service . The staff is not at all cooperative . Room service was worst part of my stay here . We placed order for our dinner , and they came up with an order that didn't even matched our placed order . Everything was worse . Washrooms were not up to the mark . There was no water in the taps . I would like to suggest others not to visit this hotel . When we complained about their food and service , they told us that we're the first ones to complain about their service. They even told us that no one has ever complained about their service , and also others found the service satisfactory , and we were the ones who had a problem with the service for the first time . It was a worst experience . Please don't waste your money and time in this hotel.
Bloody Cheaters !!! Since only 2 or 3 Hotels are available on highway, They Charge very high amount from customers and provide no service, Not even drinking water. I had to purchase it in hot summer season. I went there because my exam center was near this hotel. Firstly they gave me a non-ac suffocating room deep inside the hotel during hot summer season. I was so much suffocated that I had to change non-ac room to AC room at 9 PM. Then they charged Rs. 500/- Extra from me. They switched off AC 6 AM in early morning. You will find no restaurant near this hotel and bound to purchase costly food and water from this hotel. So I would honestly suggest that if you travel to Agra, Go to the TAJGANJ area straightaway where you will find many affordable and good quality hotels and restaurant because this area in the heart of AGRA city.

One of the worst service, room I have ever seen In my entire life.
The bed sheet was stingy, TV not working they hang it only for display, Max electronic switches is not working or broken, there is no geyser in bathroom they provide emission rod and best part is they have only one rod if man has emission rod the hotel boy comes and ask many time that plz give back to rod i have to give other guest.
Go for waterbusks or someone where else but Do not go there.
All hooks on door are broken and they provide shampoo worth rs1 for bath
They charge 700 to me but the room price not more than 200 rupees.
Best for one day stay. Negative point is their services i.e. tea and drinking water cost more to your pocket, they provide your from outside shops. Hard and salty water supply in washroom, so take care of your hair n skin.
I had booked a room in this hotel a week ago by through Go-ib-bo but when i went for chek -in .the receptionist denied that " Online booking is not available ".
So,it's my request to all of you that u just go to the hotel and book offline.
Here the service is ok ok types and price is also affordable incomparison of other hotels.
