The service provided was pathetic. The security people opens the gate depending on the vehicle your travel. I used a relatives activa for shopping when returned back they dint even opened the gate for me not even asked to help with the shopping bags nor allowed to just drop near the main door. I carried all the bags from the main gate to the reception. In couple of hours when i returned with my car they were saluting me and also asked to carry my purse for me. Pathetic gesture that received in such hospitality business. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone to get insulted.

This hotel is situated on 5th floor of a shopping complex. I stayed for a night, liked my room and cleanliness at hotel. Very good restaurants and eating shops are available at same building so no need to worry.
