I'm utterly disappointed with a system of booking via call.im here calling nonstop thousand times 30 mins straight but none of the OPD phone number works,either off or busy throughout the time.
there is definately something wrong from them or they did is deliberately.

The hospital has been improved quite a lot in these 4-5 years, yet the staff are not loyal and sincere to thier jobs.
The new tele booking system is a failure. A good initiative but is absurd since the numbers cannot be connected. I have been trying for the past few hours but could not connect. Please cater for a hotline service only for the sole purpose of opd registration and refrain from personal use.

OPD counter staff and the attendant are very rude,I visited OPD continuously for 3 days and the doctors always absent.
As many people come here, we wait almost 3 hour, however our consultant doctor treat my sister carefully.
Nowadays it's little different here, you should book your ID one day before you go to the hospital. So that you can check your health issues otherwise you won't be able to see check your health issues. So BOOKED your TICKET ID ONE DAY BEFORE by calling the given mobile nos.

Firstly, the doctors are professional and very friendly. the ones whom i meet (ortho + Medicine). The nurses are less professional.
And are needed to be trained in customer service relations and professionalism.
