I will not share so many words but only one word if I have to describe is just Superb!. I went there for my friend's marriage from Kolkata. I enjoyed everything like the view, The location is just beside the highway. Too spacious, well decorated, near and clean, good ambience.
Excellent hotel with star class amenities and service. Well behaved co-operative staffs, great rooms,open terrace all add to their glory. A great choice for a perfect stay, banquet or marriage ceremony.
I and family went to the dinner on the rooftop of Ojas during the durgapuja festival..The ambience was nice but very inefficient and rude behaviour of the staffs . We waited for a long time as the food was delayed . The staffs were confused about the order . Food was okaish. The food was overpriced according to its taste and quantity.
The location and the rooms are very good and more than my expectations. But the service was not up to the mark. The staff didn't know about the unlimited buffet system for breakfast and we were not given refill for our breakfast.
Sorry this time I couldn't enjoy the stay. Water supply at bathroom was very poor and black water was served. No action was taken by the management even after receiving my complain
The hotel room was cleaner than most and with all amenities. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The only problem was that the fridge wasn't working and the bathroom leaked. The hotel gave us connected room was very good. The beds were very comfortable
The worst hotel ever they put blood stain by themselve and took damage charges by customer by showing these ... even bad behaviour of receptionist and staffs with guest
If you go from City Centre Google Map will guid you wrongly, please avoid Google Map. hotel is good but nobody help you to carry baggage from reception to room after getting key, just they will provide Key and you have to take everything to room, Room is good and have all facility,Floor of the Washroom is very slippery. Food quality is good but Very Very Costly.
