Novotel Goa Resort & Spa - Hotel in Candolim, Calangute - North Goa, India

Good location quite close to Candolim Beach. Good breakfast. Dinner buffet was good, too. Wines are not western standard. Pool area with very loud music - not peaceful: we didn't like that! We stayed in a two-storey suite - it was nice. The bed was good. Staff was polite. Quality-price ratio was good.

It was a really good and comfortable stay. The shower fittings were easily operable by senior citizens. The pool location had a great view ensconced with greenery all around. Our balcony was overlooking a quaint little cottage with a well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. The food was delicious. We stayed in the elegance suite which was spacious and comfortable. We loved the fact that it was arranged at two floor. The hotel is very aesthetically built, the beautiful banyan trees around the swimming pool create a great ambiance. Our overall stay was great and we highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located in one of the good locality. The rooms are clean, but they have a very few TV channel options, so it was very sad. We requested for some additional channels, but nothing happened. The food quality was good. But the options were very limited and breakfast was mostly same all days, hence not happy with that. The pool area was excellent. Kids have activities to do. The reception is good and they helped us with early check in. Overall a good stay.

Food was monotonous especially breakfast. Bathroom could be better. When we have bath there is no provision for hanging clothes. Had to keep it next to sink. Otherwise fabulous stay. Very helpful staff.

Pros: 1. Neat and clean property. 2. The staff was approachable. 3. Spacious room. 4. The restaurant staff was always helpful with non spicy food for kids. Cons: 1. Exit road can be better. 2. Car wash service should be there

This is one of the best hotels in north Goa from ambiance stand point. The rooms are good. One of their best attraction is their swimming pool and how calming effect it has. Their breakfast is the best. They offer free breakfast, however I would check if it is included in your package and not make that assumption. The breakfast has plenty of options. We did try their lunch buffet once and it was good as well, however didn't go well with me later. The staff is very helpful and hospitable.
