Absolutely lovely experience . Special mention for the chef who I always saw during breakfasts(looking after the guests), the food spread was not only vast but also lip smacking. I went there with my 1 year old and the staff was courteous enough to offer help. Had a lovely stay. Highly recommended. Loved it every bit.
Excellent staff. Very good interactions with all the folks. Beginning from Pooja and Simran at the front desk, Anjan and Bipasha at The Square and Vijay from the housekeeping team, all worked in tandem to ensure a splendid stay. Highly recommend this place for the combination of location, amenities and the lovely folks managing it.
Excellent hotel, very warm staff, good facilities. This place will be a great choice if you have kids. They have age wise swimming pools and water slides. Lots of activities for kids, board games, children's play area and much more. It's located walking distance form candolim beach. Lot of stores and restaurants around. The room and the hotel itself is quite good, but the receptionists are extremely rude and non accommodating. There was sand inside the room when we checked in. They forgot to ask for payment for room service and then forced us to pay on the reception even though we mentioned them that we were getting late for an event and that we would do the payment once we are back. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and wasn't willing to understand. Not the hospitality I expect from a five star hotel.
We stayed in this Novotel property for the second time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room provided was excellent - neat and clean, large in size and relatively new. Special mention for Customer Executive Shabnam who was so gracious and welcoming with smile whether it was at the time of Check in or during the stay. I would like to stay bac in this hotel during our next stay.
