The attached photo is the rear view from the Residency. Service boys are friendly. Make sure you book the AC room or get the last rooms either of the end to get fresh air. A lift and Car parking facility is available. Generally more humidity climate due to coastal areas. Recommended for friends and family!!!
There are plenty of stay options closer to temple, offering good quality rooms at a slightly similar price, even lesser price..These guys charged 2.2K for AC room on a weekend and the bed, bedsheets was of worst quality. We had to stay since we were left with no choice after having made payment by checking some fake Google reviews. Not all suggested for family stay with kids n all.
The property is clean and well maintained. During the summer time do prefer the a/c rooms. We were in the top floor and the heat during night was unbearable. Over all the rating is good ans a family friendly place. There was one problem which was related to the fan regulator it was only running in full speed or low speed and not working is any other speed in the control switch.
It's a decent comfortable stay option, though it's little far around 2km from Temple, is maintained neat and clean, staff is very friendly, no surrounding food options, though if can travel a km or so, can get multiple.
Horrible hotel! Don't get fool by the photos! Very smelly and dirty!!!! No wifi, bedsheet not clean too much of stains! Very horrible experience!!
If you plan to go to the temple it means don't take this hotel because the auto chargers itself is 500 to 600 for up and down. So it's better to take room near the temple only. Near the temple, you will get ac room of only 1500 but here it's 1700.
Such a wonderful experience staying here. Neat & Clean. Owner and the people who works here were very helpful and knows how to treat their customers. We were about to exceed our check out time and they allowed us to extend for sometime even though it's booked by another guest and they were on time and able to manage the unscheduled time! Thank you!
