Rooms are not well maintained. We had to wait one hour for the food to arrive. There is no food or cafeteria on premises. If you are a couple and a vegetarian not highly recommended.

We, 31 family members, had a family get together here on 29 th december.We arranged food from outside. Only tea, coffee and milk were from resort. We were given a big hall with enough cots and beds (felt like big boss house) and 2 double bed rooms with ac. Everything was very neat, bedsheets and towels were clean. There was a big play ground with volleyball, cricket setup.Manager and staff were polite and obliging. Cons: There were no arrangements for hanging basic cloths in bath rooms. One urinals was placed in a very odd place. Quality of mikes were not at all good.

Rooms are good. Service is good. But location felf bit remote as during our time only 2 of us were in the resort and only one security is there who is also doing service. He did good job but obviously only 3 of us in such remote place was scary.

It's located in odd location not near to kukke and not near to Dharmasthala, rooms are good and AC available here. I haven't seen any others occupied rooms. That's scars family PPL. It's also available for parties, wedding etc. Service wise the workers are very polite for food you should search other alternatives.

Private property located along the banks of Nethravathi River. Hosts are extremely dedicated. Ask for Aunty's excellent breakfast. Had an excellent stay for 3 days.

We stayed for a day, awesome place, lot of space for parking n playing for kids, owner was very friendly, had best neer dosa n chutney for breakfast. Overall good experience.
