I was a customer of yours for the past 3 years. I came to change battery for my TITAN watch. They have charged Rs 240 and after bargaining, reduced Rs.10. I was refused. Behaviour of the female was like legendary titan employee. Compared with strap and battery. Very poor talk by both service man and sales executive. Finally I have cross verified with TITAN watch care, Coimbatore regarding the price. They said Rs.187 incl of all taxes. Am very much disappointed with this deal. 1 STAR as there is no option for NO STAR.
I have bought one wall clock they said fixed price and said they are authorised sellers... But the price was manually attached by them... When we removed that and check the original price... There is 90 rupees higher than the original price The price was 600 but they sell it for 690... Worst and cheat one...before buying check the original price there itself... Also they didn't gave the proper bill...
