Narangali Hotel - Restaurant in Koolimad, Chalikkuzhy - Kozhikode, India

One of the best foodspots I have gone in a while. The place is filled from opening till closing. Every item is better than the other. One of my favorites are pidikozhi and chicken mappas. Both porotta and pathiri could go with them.

Parking is very limited, especially for cars. You can find parking spots on the sides of the road.make sure your vehicle doesn't bother the or locals. Moving on..... Seating is really limited in number. Hope they do something to increase it. We tried their porotta,beef fry,squid roast, and prawns. They also have many more options which we weren't able to try since we were only 3. Porotta was damn good. Proper crisp, layered,hot... . All the above-mentioned fries/curries we ordered were on point. Spices were exactly the way we prefered. Not too hot nor too bland. Just the right balance which many of us doesn't get to taste often From restaurants. They are prices really very reasonable too! Averaging around 100-130 most dishes and have good quantity also.especially prawns,beef etc. One more thing to note, if you are.going on Sundays or public holidays there would be good amount of crowd, so reach there early (like 7-7.30 am). The Restaurant opens on 6.30am and they'll close at around 2.30pm.

If you're a food lover and in Kozhikode, you simply must visit this place. I had the pleasure of trying their beef dish and chicken dishes during my visit. They paired wonderfully with porrata. The coconut chicken was a delightful novelty, and the beef gravy and chicken leg masala were bursting with amazing flavors. Highly recommended!

The restaurant was really nice, especially the food. Prawns curry and crab curry were the items we tried with porotta. The porotta was remarkably tasty and crispy and we did enjoy eating crab . It was well cooked and tasty. We already have heard about the prawns dish here and it was tasty too. Our recommendation is that it would be great if they could extend the facility a bit by arranging some more space for sitting. The place only has 4 or 5 tables and the crowd gets a big wait before they can sit.

A small hotel located in a beautiful village, serving tasty food early in the morning. There are many non veg items viz, squid, beef, Crab, fish etc are available in the morning. Charging reasonably but the taste is uncompromising. Seating capacities are minimum.

Great food and service....recommended for all porotta beef lovers...worth it

Tharavu curry in this hotel is awesome. Other foods are also good
