Mayilaadurai is a very nice palace and cleaningness are maintained in the station
Vantage location to fancy trains. Good elevation. Bit old structure built in the early 1970s. Dated structure. Longest in the central span. Unique such construction with such a wider span. Trains arriving into MVM would be a treat to watch.
Well elevated over bridge across the multiple railway lines is always busy with plying many no. of buses trucks two wheelers. It is a nice place to spend evening time enjoying cool breeze.
Good place to see whole view of the junction. The handwall on tiruvarur side got damaged. The particular place is above tiruvarur track in the bridge, also some maintenance work is required since you can feel vibration when heavy vehicles pass this area. The bridge named after Sarangabani, agitated against Hindi in olden days !

Bridge steps is also very good and good condition grate place in mayiladuthurai city
