The staff of corporation is not good and they don't even have manners that how to talk to their elders/customers... The only accept payments through their website only, which sometimes fails due to payment gateway failures.

Worst staff, irresponsible, most of times went on holiday. Also, "Sharma Photostate " located anterior of office have links with them regards lucre,, In room no. 28A , keeps smoking while works

Complaint not being listen by mcd for water line connectivity from last2 yrs.

Always error message shows that mc sonepat is not accepting payments at this moment. Site never opens. They just keep on increasing the fines and no one listens to the problems. Thus the name 'mc' justifies.

In this era of online banking, they only accept payment through their own website which always fails to accept payments due to payment gateway failure. They never improved it and i am facing issues since years now. They never deliver online bills . They donot register your email address and mobile number even on request. So what feedback so you expect :)

Very bad behaviour all staff... Nothing responsibility for any duty and work... Only for gain money like new mayer nikhil madan....

very very bed behavior of staff and officer, no any care of complain they just spend their duty hours. need to do privatization like delhi.
