Local GuideAuthentic tasty aaloo tikki chaat. Lassi also gives you feelings on another level. You can try dhokla and dahi-bada as well. Pani-puri can also be enjoyed although there are a lot of better shops for pani-puri.

Local GuideIf you want to taste street food in Vrindavan, then come here near Shri Banke Bihari Temple, there is shop Mukesh Sharma Chaat Wale, at this shop you will get Aloo Tikki, you will get Lassi, you will get Chilla, you will get Dahi Bhalla. The taste of each and every food item of this shop is very native.

Local GuideAmazing street food here. I had tikki, cheela and lassi. The cheela here is to die for and is a must try. One should definitely have there cheela. It was very nice with a unique taste. Do visit when around.

Local GuideMukesh Sharma Chat Wale', this small shop located in the lanes of Shri Banke Bihari Temple, Vridnavan is a true gem. They have given their dishes very interesting names. My favourite from this shop was their Chila which they have named as 'Special Mast-Mast Mastana Butter Chila'. The chila batter was sprinkled over with ginger and coriander. Masala was added and topped with butter and grated cheese. Sev was sprinkled over to give it a slight crispiness. The chila was served along with pudina chutney and tamarind chutney. Tasted heavenly good. This was truly a mast chila that I have eaten so far. Their Kanji Vada is also a must try.

Local GuideMukesh Sharma chaat shop is located just opposite when you exit the banke bihari temple steet. This is an old shop that has maintained its tradition since the old days. Till date you get to see everything served in leaf plates and organic clay cup. The tikki and chilla is very delicious. End it with a cup of lassi and you'll be full with a meal. A must try when you visit.

Local GuideThe place is in the bye-lanes as one exits the Banke Bihari temple. One has to especially find it as the place is lined up with hundreds of similar shops and while this one is famous for Cheela, there are so many others that are serving the same stuff. We tried the Tikki which was Crispy, spicy and tasty because of ingredients and the Chutneys and Masala and then a Lassi which was tall and fulfilling. But i must say that there was nothing special really and the price points were similar if not more expensive than what one gets in Delhi (which is saying a lot) even though it might be a tourist hotspot. Also i feel Lassis might be better in a few other places. Hygiene is a factor which it would be silly to look for in such places but should at least be address to in some aspects which was negligible. We missed out on the Cheela which apparently was the hot item and maybe that's where we missed the opportunity to be blown away.
