Today i visited with my family at moti Mahal ansal plaza branch, staff behaviour was bad we have ordered 1st and nobody was there and then another family came but they served them first not a single dish but all their order they served them first and we were waiting there from 1 hour, when i asked them they don't have answer. Secondly, food taste was bad.
Worst service experience ever. I will not suggesting this place.
We had a family dinner here and food was quite good and tasty. Ambience was quite average.
I hadn't found much crowd here and not even in Ansal plaza on week day.
Sorry first time ordered from this restaurant. It took 2.5hours to deliver via Zomato and I live like 4km away. And guess what items missing from order which I never got refund.
Ordered chicken based curry, starter and naan.
Taste was average. Not bad but definitely not worth the money.
Have visited plenty of moti Mahal, guess this place is not in my list anymore.
P.S. : NEVER order from this moti Mahal via Zomato. Heavy delayed delivery + if items go missing you find no one responsible.
Food taste is good. Dal Makhani was not as per the expectation. Other Moti Mahal outlets has better ambiance than this one.

Pathetic waiters, rude behaviour and pathetic taste of Chicken curry as raw dhaniya was on the top which was very bad in taste. Take my suggestion, never visit their, road side vendor will give you better food than Moti Mahal.
They serve very good, tasty, and quality food . The service is very prompt. Almost all items from the menu are available. Daal fry and paneer do pyaza was my fav. Thali is also a famous item, as many people order it. It is the best small-scale hotel

We enjoyed dinner here. Service are fast. Food is delicious just like home made. Always crowd. The only issue is less parking space. Only 3-4 cars can park here. The staff is very polite.
