Today i visited with my family at moti Mahal ansal plaza branch, staff behaviour was bad we have ordered 1st and nobody was there and then another family came but they served them first not a single dish but all their order they served them first and we were waiting there from 1 hour, when i asked them they don't have answer. Secondly, food taste was bad.

We had a family dinner here and food was quite good and tasty. Ambience was quite average. I hadn't found much crowd here and not even in Ansal plaza on week day.

Sorry first time ordered from this restaurant. It took 2.5hours to deliver via Zomato and I live like 4km away. And guess what items missing from order which I never got refund. Ordered chicken based curry, starter and naan. Taste was average. Not bad but definitely not worth the money. Have visited plenty of moti Mahal, guess this place is not in my list anymore. P.S. : NEVER order from this moti Mahal via Zomato. Heavy delayed delivery + if items go missing you find no one responsible.
First of all this is not a website from where you have ordered food posting here is of useless as it is. Second judging a brand on first impression is not a right way. There was a huge electric breakout at our kitchen we had really tough time fixing that despite that we insist Zomato to increase timing or just cancel the order but they eventually increase the time. Before posting such things you should have discussed this with the outlet before posting anything unbiased.. you only want to defame brand rather than listening to their problems or sorting it out. If anything was missing Zomato give refund on automatic basis we will surely run background check on this if we found any refund given to you what should we call you then? Pathetic waiters, rude behaviour and pathetic taste of Chicken curry as raw dhaniya was on the top which was very bad in taste. Take my suggestion, never visit their, road side vendor will give you better food than Moti Mahal.
Hi op, We are shocked to hear your feedback first of all coriander is put on dishes as garnish if you were allergic or dont like it then you should've said the waiter while placing the order, Moti Mahal is successfully running more than 500+ brands in india and all over the world comparing this with street vendor is like you does like street food than the fine dining,Take our suggestion don't visit the fine dining restaurant please visit the road side dhabas for your future visits. There's a team working behind posting this type of feedback always make them demotivated keep in mind if you don't like it dont visit but posting unnecessarily reviews hurts someone really bad.
