I started training with Nithesh sir four months back. I was recovering from severe lower back pain (diagnosed with disc herniation) and had tried swimming without satisfactory results. Nitesh sir understood my condition and trained me accordingly; moving slowly from recovery to strength building. Today, I'm fully fit with no trace of pain. Simultaneously I've learnt a sport I enjoy practicing! Nithesh is an experienced trainer who has trained many top athletes. I would highly recommend monkey mayhem for anyone interested in combat sports or functional fitness.

One of the best fitness centres of Mangalore. The trainer there is very good with very good knowledge about MMA. The trainer gives individual attention to each and every student. He even encourages to take part in competitions and trains the students for that.
