Very good construction, locality and approach to city's hubs, clubhouse, very reasonable rates, ample parking, very cooperative and helpful staff and the senior management, most of amenities nearby, spacious balconies and big project of 7 acres.

Good society with lots of amenities...one of my relative lives here and the flats are very lavish with amazing views
They have treated water in the washroom which is as foul as urine. Basic hygiene is at stake and it can have hazardous health issues. Guys think 100 times before buying if taking rental apartment here. Almost one year I have made several complaints for this untreated water and no actions has taken.
Very poor quality product, drill the walls all you will get is cement mix with more sand mix in it. They just want money from you in every case, they charge hefty money for backup ( there is pre-paid meter you re-charge but they won't provide any details if your money is getting over and backup starts, so you will end up paying the rest of the amount for 25Rs per unit) very poor maintenance service. If you want to enjoy the amenities go buy their club membership for the entire year they won't provide any membership on monthly basis and even if you ask for maintenance and office people have very rude replies and blames the MI group for making such rules. Or you can buy a daily pass which will cost you 200Rs daily. Please take proper reviews before investing your money, it's not a good property just the outer show off. (Dikhta hai bikta wai strategy hai)
