Excellent store and staffs are very supportive. It's located right on the Kammanahalli main road and very much easily accessible for people who come through bikes and walk in. But still car drivers need to hustle for their parking spots. This store ambience is simply awesome.They organised everything in a very intuitive interface manner so it's easy for everyone to access the things what they need.. Overall customer satisfaction is very good... Ambience is great.. Clean and neat.. Highly recommended

I have purchased too many times in that store. All the female executives and male executives are not worthy to be in their post. No respect. Not properly educated . Clearly they don't know about phones. They don't know the meaning of sales executive! MI LEADERS. I suggest please hire people who can really work with respect and knowledge. . Writing this . Will not change anything cause. 1or 2 bad comment will not be taken seriously. Do some for your brand to grow in respect. Thank you. ( mi products has no problems)

Nice and big showroom a verity's of electronics like MI Camera, MI Mobile phone, MI Television, all electronics stuffs, The employees are very soft to the customers and friendly, you have good parking space you need to look around for the parking and overall a good place to purchase MI gadgets.
Visited recently place is nice but staff is lease bother to help you for 1hour i was in the store but staff attended only for 5 minutes went to buy 75inch tv and mobile due to unresponsive just got phone...
