We had a dead line for purchase before end September. The car was not readily available at showroom, but team Benchmark led by Mr Ravi Gupta could manage the car before dead line and without compromise on model/ colour and with Merc own style

The benchmark Mercedes Benz showroom in Surat is very good as compared to other cities, The 1st feeling would be that the showroom is very small as compared to its competitors. However, when you enter, they have a huge space in the back which makes it very big showroom. the Sales people are just very helpful in making us understand the features and also give us good test rides. They also give good service to their existing customers which is phenomenal.

Worst dealership ever seen newly joint sales person Ravi Gupta & Vinit jhawar are very lier and please take care while dealing they give good offer after all that while confirming deal they will not give ur needs and what give you surity and what they mention in it, they also dnt care of owner reference and thier management team also better buy Mercedes-Benz from out state or other good dealer or company should put 2nd other dealer in surat, as my expectations was high like bog name merc that much worse experience get it 2nd time from same dealer
