Had great experience with my recent purchase. They've fair price scheme where vat charges are pretty straight and convenient to customers. We have received great service from one of the employees "Mr. Sherif" he did great job in explaining us everything so patiently. Highly recommended .
The designs are very nice and authentic. Staff are well trained, informative & knowledgeable. They are patient and polite to explain all the aspects especially complicated ones like diamonds. I'm very much satisfied with the purchase experience.

This is one of the worst Malabar branches we have come across. Customer service is pathetic. If given an option to rate negative would have given that. Minimum common sense of respecting an individual is lacking in sales executives at this branch. Am an ardent buyer in Malabar other branches but have never come across such humiliation in any other branches. Malabar management needs to rethink about sales executives in this shop. My overall review to this branch is WORST and PATHETIC. Will never recommend this branch to anyone.
