I took up the job to search for a new car on behalf of my brother-in-law. I had shortlisted Mahindra for the purchase, but it was at the bottom of my list simply because we had not been associated with the brand before and have very few friends or family members who went for Mahindra vehicles. As I arrived at the showroom, the showroom staff was very receiving and friendly. I was greeted by the sales consultant Swati who explained us about the car I was looking for, XUV300. We liked the initial impression of the car. I later asked if the vehicle can be brought to home for test drive so family members can have a look at it. They agreed to my request and after the drive I really liked the car for it's driving dynamics. It was the best one that i drove from my shortlisted cars. I discussed with my brother and decided to book the vehicle. I was also impressed by the the extra effort taken by Swati for getting us the car in the colour of our choice as it was unavailable in their own yard. I was impressed that I myself decided to change my own car which was a 9 year-old diesel sedan to a Mahindra vehicle. I had decided I will go for a BEV on my next purchase and test drove the XUV400. I was so happy with the vehicle as it offered pretty much everything I demanded. I was really sure in my mind that this was the car that I wanted. I booked the vehicle. Both the cars were delivered within a week after booking and Naveen explained us about the complete features of the car and extended us his continued support for any doubts or issues. My queries regarding BEVs was also well cleared by Mr. Ebin. I am fully happy for Swati and her team at Mahindra Eram Motors for the making both the transactions a pleasant and memorable one.

Today got delivery of my Thar RWD. It was happy experience on the delivery. Thanks to Kiran who helped in each and every part for making the delivery easygoing. Also each staffs were very friendly and cooperative.
