Very disappointing mainly due to staffs behavior..... Seems they are more qualified than Doctor...

Today my schedule appointment was 11.40. I reached there on time. Now 3 hours has passed but still waiting. I m cancelling my appointment with doctor and not going to refer anyone due to worse situation. I was on leave for seeing doctor but all are worthless. Ara mentality is not changing. I know only a doctor who doesn't honour others time is not a doctor..one proverb is suitable for Dr kanhaiya singh, (Andho me kaana raja)

Due to sudden influx of old patients who were not able to come to us for follow-up last week due to heatwave, all our scheduled appointments got delayed. We apologise that your leave day got wasted due to this, and we are taking necessary steps that this doesn't get repeated. We do take pride that we do not rush appointments just to finish them off without proper evaluation and discussion, and we hope you do give us a chance in future and experience the calm, composed and detailed consultation with our founder Dr Kanhaiya Singh.

Madhavi netralay is best eye hospital in Ara and there are both doctors (Dr.kanahaiya singh & Dr.nilesh kumar) very polite and punctual for patients. Thank you sir

Local GuideDoctor is good but staffs are bunch of illiterates people who have just lot of attitude. They can't even explain which type of lens is suitable. Not recommended.
Hello Sir, The type of IOL needed to be chosen is a discussion that takes place between our doctor and the patient based on various factors which include the keratometric reading, systemic condition, grade of cataract among others. We request you to please visit us and have a one to one discussion with our doctors to finalize the lens. The counseling staff at our hospital do a good job in explaining the lenses but they never are allowed to comment which lens will be suitable as this expertise rests only with the consulting doctor. We do regret your bad experience and hope you visit us and get your doubts cleared.

Doctor is good but Staff behaviour is very rude. Online appointment is too good but Staff do mismatch seriol number the appointment.

The heatwave has made all the patients visiting us on similar time and thus for past few days we have not been able to honour the appointment time. We though make sure that care for patients are not hastened and everyone gets full checkup done. Tomorrow my appointment booked on online give time 11:40am. we reached on time but their staff say online appointment not matters and rudely say for wait. What benefits for online appointment? Their staffs are very rude and being boss.please maintain your staff and your maintenance. Not satisfied.
