It has been over 6 month for me to have join with Milind Tambe Sir for the Yoga classes and my experience has been phenomenal. I was very skeptical before joining as I have a teared ACL ligament and had a fear of aggravating it with extensive exercises. Milind Sir has a vast experience of Yoga teaching for over 21+ years with different ages right from the teenagers to senior citizens and well aware of their capacities and hence conduct the sessions on need basis. The classes are not monotonous, as everyday there is an introduction to different versions of yoga and also inclusion of Aerobics, Dance, light exercises and Pranayama, imbibing a sense of freshness everyday and hence is enjoyable. I would strongly recommend to join the classes and take a personal experience. Also there is a flexibility to join different batches in the morning and evening as per your convenience.

One of the best yoga classes. Don't hesitate to join. Milind sir is a professional yoga teacher and a very good mentor. He makes sure that all of his students are learning yoga as well as enjoying the process of learning. You'll always leave the class with a smile on your face :)

I am associated with Maddy maker yoga class and Milind sir for more than 5 years. It's an amazing experience. The variation that Milind sir brings in every day with most accurate techniques is something to really appreciate. You develop a positive attitude calm mind and a toned body. If anyone is thinking of joining yoga this is the perfect place.

Maddy yoga class is best yoga class I ever seen in Navi Mumbai. I have experienced a various excercise . It is good for stress relief . Sir is very co operative to each student and gave us a perfect solution. Thank u sir for ur kindness. Sir conducted various educational and social trip for a student to have opportunity to gain social status from regular life schedule which is really worth to us.

Thanks to our yoga master Milind Sir, now I feel lighter and I could do Sarvangasan and many asanas with ease. Maddy Maker Yoga class gave me just what I was looking for: it allowed me to relax, settle my thoughts and work on my mobility and flexibility. milind Sir is a great and a positive person.

Best Yoga class in Airoli as on date. Milind Sir ensures that each and every minute is utilised properly for flexibility of the body and fat burning. Explains benefits of each and every Asana and Pranayam . A one hour session includes warm ups , aerobics,yoga asanas,Pranayam and meditation. A very good start to every day. Highly recommended.
