Hello, WORST EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. FALSE OFFERS We have purchased sarees, dresses for kids by waiting almost 1hour at billing section, the cashier are denied to take online payment except cash payments, we have requested and collected cash from local people and paid the amount only with cash. They are denied to give coupons, we have purchased 4160/- amount but they are reckless towards us. We have same discussed with the manager but he is instructing that it cannot be given to us as they are too busy and informing us to give complaint to anyone whom we want. We have videos with us. We will share the same to the social media tagging mangalya shopping center. We need explaintion of the staff behaviour and coupons. Which they have denied. We are dissapointed with staff behaviour and procedure for selling. This is not happened to one customer I'm writting in behalf of who had purchased from 1st floor kids section. No one received coupons and they are paid with cash at counter no.2. Kindly awaited your prompt responce. Regards,
Very worst experience with alteration people they are very rude and demand money for the alteration And saying whom you want to give complaint you can. Unable to talk in polite way and also behaviour vulgarly. Tha lady Which spoken was very rude and using uneven launguage.
Only prefer festivals and any family related gathering wears only, because the cost is high and the quality too.... Just don't waste their time and yours
