03.12.2003.Had to revisit this place but this time surprisingly the security staff were well mannered and conducted their duties with courtesy which was really nice to see... Purchased a couple of pattu sarees and my wife was happy with the pricing and courteous staff. Increasing three stars. Old review Nice staff... too many security staff and most are obnoxious it like entering a reserve bank vault and super intrusive checking while getting out. Made me very uncomfortable though the merchandise is good and the prices are reasonable I don't think I will revisit due to the way the security staff behave. We are not there to steal their clothes right.
Worst staff and management. Even if I ask for exchange as per terms and conditions on the bill. They were talking rude, even says do what ever you want but won't give exchange. I asked them as per their bill policy but still they were aurgeing with us. I suggest won't waste time on such posh looking malls where they won't give respect to their customers.
Salespeople are not trained and not at all bothered about customers. Collections also not decent enough. Visited in the dussehra festival time and had a very bad experience.
Visited on a hyper rush Sunday. People were like shoulder to shoulder making it extremely hard to access the garments which you have set your eyes on. Women can get most of their garments from this one shop rather than hunting everywhere.

Male Assistants wantedly try to walk fastly across women customers even when there's no crowd. I myself came across this situation n when I called them back and raised my voice angrily then they apologized. All assistants speak whatever they want personal talks with each other or bark on each other to assist customers questions. Other than that all fabric is average style & quality. Place is clean but no AC. I got cough because of suffocation.
