I've had a seemingly good experience shopping at LP. The store and collections were well exhibited and the staffs were really friendly and helpful in assisting. Even though, I felt that the expertise in Suiting is essential for the store managers so that they can help and guide the customers in the best way. Adding to these, not all products had the sizes that I was looking for (shoes). More in house-stock would have been better. 4 Stars for the friendly staff and an amazing Store.

Great place to purchase Louis Philippe garments, sales persons are very cooperative, dedicated and helps a lot in fulfilling our purchases. But varieties are to be improved a lot. Apart from the focus mall official store, these guys are humble and more customer friendly!

Very bad behaviour from staff... I purchased a formal belt and at the time of purchase the person guaranteed long term usage..after sometime a stain developed in the buckle. When asked about this to them...very bad attitude....
