Le Aham auroville beach. Pondy - Hotel in Periyamudaliyar Chavadi - Villupuram, India

I recently stayed at the Le Aham Auroville Beach Hotel in Pondicherry, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the cleanliness and room service did not meet the standards that were promised at the time of booking. To begin with, upon our arrival, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned beforehand, despite informing the hotel two days in advance. The bed sheet was worn out, visibly dirty, and infested with bugs, which resulted in uncomfortable nights of sleep. The bathroom and toilet were also not properly cleaned, and waste had not been collected prior to our arrival. Furthermore, the storage cabin in the room was in a deplorable condition, rendering it unusable due to its bad state of cleanliness. Basic amenities such as towels, soap, coffee, and sugar were not provided, which was highly disappointing. Additionally, the room's air conditioning unit was in poor condition, making it impossible to adjust the temperature according to our comfort. The furniture, including the table, was also in a broken state, indicating a lack of maintenance. Overall, my stay at Le Aham Auroville Beach Hotel was far from satisfactory. The uncleanliness of the room and the inadequate provision of basic amenities left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their services to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests. I urge potential guests to consider these factors before choosing to stay at Le Aham Auroville Beach Hotel.

Worst place ! The photos of the property and rooms look good while but it is unhygienic. The surroundings and the room was also not at all clean. Google shows it 4 star stay but it is not.

The WORST STAY!!!! STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE!!! I stayed for one night. No power back up. No attendee. No cleanliness. Bedsheet torn and yellow even blood spots from dead bugs. The WHOLE night we stayed without any POWER , in a hot and humid place with lots of mosquitoes. No water in the washroom. No water for drinking,nothing. WASTE OF TIME , MONEY AND PEACE!

Worst place to stay.. No proper room service and over pricing at weekends.. Waste water from their restaurant flows infront of the hotel .We paid 9800/- for a single night stay for a night stay. 1000/- for extra bed , which they never provided. After requesting for the refund for 1000/- they agreed to pay. But stopped picking our calls . Such a fraudulent behavior. Never recommend this place to anyone. If I can give negative rating , I would give. Do not waste your weekend, your money and your energy driving to this place. A zero for this facility. Do not go to this place. Waste of money

Worst experience...Rooms were not clean, no electricity for whole night, no power backup, bathroom has drainage issues, no water supply at night. The bedsheets were also torn and dirty. Overall very very bad experience and disappointing. Don't waste your time and money there.

The rooms are pathetic. No cleanliness and moist smell is always there. Rooms and bathrooms are too small

Not a recommended place at all. What we see in the picture is not what you will see there when you go. We wasted our weekend trip and our money. The manager did not even have the courtesy to give us the refund when the rooms were not used. This place is only good for guys to go. Not a family recommended place At ALL. Complete waste of money. Even though there were wrong comments, we did not go by it and thought it wil be good. But all these comments are completely true. The pictures uploaded are pictures uploaded during the time they build this place or something. There person working there itself confirmed these were old pictures. Do not waste your weekend, your money and your energy driving to this place. A zero for this facility. Do not go to this place. Waste of money

Cleanliness is the issue.. Property is not managed properly.. great location but no maintenance.. Beautiful exteriors..great room build up but they just need a real good cleaning staff and tools
