They do charge the wastage charges in form of taxes. When we go to resell it they make us feel like we are thieves and the staff behaviour is worst. They don't have basic etiquette of how to behave with customer. They behave as if they are sbi agent who delay the work on purpose. Stupid service. The gold quality is also not good compared to other jewellery shops. They don't have collection as well and when we ask for any basic model they say it's old fashioned and they don't have it. They do cut 15-20% when we sell the gold purchased from them.

Lot of options but for large buyers. Their response is little slow for small amount buyers. Also, there are very less items for small amounts like in grams buyers. But for others like who can buy min 20grams and above, there are more options. Car parking is good. This is inside PNR mall and in this mall we have other options for shopping or eating. Overall, satisfied with the shopping, but expecting that, they will maintain more items for small buyers as well.

Wide range of collection...Good attitude of staff... they are patient enough to show all varieties. Everything and anything for your budget will be displayed with in a sec. Superb.....

I like the silver gifting frames but they have limited frames only It's ranging 500 to 3500 Quality wise good I have visited other shops also

Lot of varieties and reasonable prices customer support staff and team, in that Lalitha jwellery if u like ornament u can took photo and even estimation too, it's really good. And they provide gold scheme from 1000rs onwards if u pay 11 months they will add one month payment as free. Some Photos am adding which are good.

The ambiance is very good. Sales persons do their duty very courteous. Gold bangles and rings for 4 years not being sold. Chains are there.
