Ugliest hotel at best. Extremely rude staff. Very unhygienic rooms and bathrooms. No room service. Expect nothing here except rude staff and unclean rooms, bathrooms and bedlinens. Waste of money. Will spoil your mood totally. If you want to enjoy your holidays/vacation, then surely avoid this place at all cost.
The hotel is very bad. The washrooms are very dirty and stinking. The room service was also not good. The food quality was ok.Only the view of the lake was good

I m giving two stars for the politeness of the staff and for the beautiful view, everyone can watch beautiful view through this hotel. Apart from this the TV of my room was not working, fan was also in a very bad condition, the house flies were irritating alot due to uncleanness I ordered food they took alot of charge of food and they served the food after so many hours after my 3 or 4 calls.
Worst place ever visited. Never go there because toilet sheet not sitable. Services was very poor in breakfast potato prantha given which was older more then 2 days Never go there. Rooms are disgusting. Staff was slug and prices are more then 2000 if you will go there there are so many hotels for you to stay(on Mall road).
