Komma - The Club - Night club in Kothaguda, Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I had my office party here. Staff was very cordial and cooperative. Food was tasty and drinks service was also good. DJ could have been much better but wasn't too bad. I had enough sitting arrangements. Washroom can be increased for ladies as we had go 1 by 1 and stand outside in queue. 10:15 music was stopped.

Happy hours are totally worth it. The ambiance is pretty good as well, starters are good too, french fries and chicken lollipop are a must try here. Staff were cordial as well. Music could have been better in terms of song selection ( diversification )

I went with my friend. It's a good place to have a talk and chill, prices, little bit high and the liquor Part but the worst part is that DJ is not playing any Telugu or Tamil songs or English songs. He just playing only Hindi songs that to so repeated one not listening to the audience commands without good music going to club is totally waste so I am giving two Star,

Very disappointed, horrible customer service (foul language) rude behaviour by manager. An empty crowded club and they want us to sit corner of the club, no customer experience. And the manager least bothered about customers. Specially I would not recommend for friends to hang out here

I had a very disappointing experience at Komma the club. The bodyguard, Nadu, was very rude and had a bad attitude. He did not welcome us in a warm and welcoming manner, and he made us feel like we were not welcome. I understand that he is the bodyguard, but he should still be polite and respectful to customers. The food was also not good. The crispy chicken was not crispy, and the chilli paneer was bland. I would not recommend the food at Komma the club. The manager, Sumith Kumar, was also very rude and unhelpful. He did not seem to care about the customers, and he was not willing to help us with any of our problems. I would not recommend this manager to anyone. The only positive thing about Komma the club was the servers. They were very fast and polite, and they did their best to make up for the bad experience we had with the bodyguard and the manager. Overall, I would not recommend Komma the club to anyone. The food is bad, the service is rude, and the manager is unhelpful. I would give this club a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. Here are some suggestions for improvement: The bodyguard should be trained in hospitality ethics. He should learn how to welcome customers in a warm and welcoming manner, and he should be respectful of all customers The food should be improved. The crispy chicken should be crispy, and the chilli paneer should be flavorful. The manager should be retrained in customer service. He should learn how to be polite and helpful to customers. The servers should given a raise. They are the only positive thing about Komma the club. Manager and bodyguard keep your Attitude in your pocket.

One of the best club in hyderabad. Must visit i would say. Plan to go for Dj nights. The best part is ambience and DJ for sure. And also service by the staff is good. Book prior so you get a nice table, if its full then you have to adjust with the side chairs or bar counter side.

Horrible Experience. They serve humiliation with utmost rudeness. Komma club might put in real COMA, if not then, depression, anxiety, mental harassment is guaranteed. 1. Saying slipper is not allowed, after spending more than 3 hours time and around 33,000 rupees. If it is not allowed then it should be informed at the entry time only. 2. Saying that we have to leave the place because there are no girls in our group. This should be entry rule, not after spending more than 3 hours time. If you do not love (or care) your friends or family then visit here.
