We spent three nights here on an educational tour with 60 heads and I must say that everything was excellent, especially the staff are very attentive. As for the room, it's excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others who have an Edu tour business trip and family trip.

One of the most memorable stay in the entire trip. Rooms are very luxurious, foods are awesome. Room services are very good and well maintained. All the staffs are very polite and really helpful. After we came back from Lachun all wet, they gave us really nice service by providing room heaters, hot foods.

Managed, Served and Run by inexperienced staff, the whole stay was a terrible experience.
Location is also quite far away from the centre.. and you will end up spending a ransom on taxi commute.

Do not stay, first time I have heard that no hot water because there is no electricity, where is the generator back up? Is this hotel or hostel?? We could not go for sight seeing on time as there was no hot water in morning...breakfast also very bad...just two option...we feel cheated...first they told that we will make hot water and will give but after waiting for one hour they just told that they can not give hot water...
