No weighing machine at delivery counter: Surprisingly delivery counter is not having weighing machine. When I asked gold weight, delivery counter staff shown me weight tag of ornament and told me this is the weight of ornament. When I insisted for weight, we went to 2nd floor valuation counter where single weighing machine available for entire store. While delivering gold items to customer, they should show gold weight. That is minimum responsibility of any gold shop.
