It's a decent KFC inside the Korum mall food court. It's located in the top floor and has proper common sitting arrangements. Order time is usually 10 mins. Food quality is good and staff behaviour too.

One of the worst things by KFC is Biryani bowl, Actually it's not a biryani its a pulao with a sticky rice & the chicken they give with biryani its totally different in taste more like peri peri not a biryani chicken, as you can see in picture the quality of rice & chicken ill not recommend at all Its not a biryani its a PULAV

I went to KFC with my friend today, and we tried the 99 Roll and fried chicken. It was the best chicken roll I've ever had! The roll was incredibly crunchy, delightfully spicy, and bursting with flavor. It was truly an awesome dining experience. The chicken inside was cooked and fried to perfection, making each bite a delightful combination of crispy and juicy. What made this 99 Roll even more special were the various types of chutney generously layered inside. I didn't have to wait for too long; my mouthwatering 99 Roll was ready in just a few minutes. This quick service was a real blessing, especially for impatient folks like me. KFC is known for quick bites. No wonder whenever we see KFC, we are drawn to it. My experience with this particular outlet was atrocious. I visited on a quiet Wednesday evening. The staff was sluggish. Nobody was interested to work. There was only 1 person to take the orders and preferred to roam around rather than taking orders. The staff moved with the pace of a sloth. I waited more than 15 minutes to get fries which were not even hot. The staff is ruining the business.

I ordered a Mingles Bucket Meal which included Pepsi pet bottle, 4 pc Hot wings , Regular popcorn and 2 Pc Boneless Strips and Medium Fries. Paid Rs490/- for this meal Sufficient for one person but little over priced looking at the quantity.The taste has also changed a bit, also the popcorns are not crunchy as the used to be earlier, wings and fries were ok. Boneless Strips were nice.

Bad service , waited for one hour for my order, I had to tell them my order is pending, box lying on the floor poor management .

Ordered online from this place . Order was placed at 19.27 pm and delivery was expected around 20.12. The delivery got delayed too much. The rider was travelling in some random direction. In the meantime called the centralised team two times and they said urgent call back will be arranged which I never even received. Finally the rider shows up at 21.40 with cold frozen parcel. Excuse was he had too many orders to deliver. Don't know whom to blame, so politely denied the order and called the central team again, and the guy is showing so much attitude over call and not even being apologetic about the incident . Just telling me that your order is cancelled and your money will be refunded in 7 working days and hung up. This is how KFC work for delivery and support clients for delivery. Pathetic system.

We still remember this day! KFC is our all-time favorite for fried Chicken especially chicken popcorn. Nothing can beat their chicken popcorn for sure. At least not for me. Good choice if you wanna try some fried and tasty chickens. Great work! Thanks much!
